Valeo has grown so much in the past year, especially within management. There has been so many positive changes that strengthen our teams and processes. I feel that my manager and team genuinely care for my growth, both professionally and personally.

There is always room for improvement - communication of employee policy changes.

Good support structure and collaboration between teams. Allow for 100% remote work.

Their primary strategy for business growth is mergers and acquisitions, so this creates less job security. Also, pay rate is pretty low.
