Pros
They pay fairly well for very simple work. Safety dept is very responsive to concerns and works hard to keep a safe environment. Access to Tesla’s onsite free cereal/coffee. Great job if you’re in it for the paycheck only.
Cons
Terrible management. Legal minimum 10 min breaks, it takes 4 min just to travel to/from a break room. If you are a good worker you will end up picking up slack of bad workers who get away with it. Reduced benefits each year. You don’t know if you get a major holiday off until the day before. Unorganized training plans. Understaffed. Empty promises from management. Physically laborious work in many areas. Sexual harassment towards women; physical and verbal. Many workers are anti LGBTQ.
