Solid and competitive company, offers to it's employees benefits consistant with other similar companies. Invests a lot on human development, trainnings, and tryes to relocate people when necessary to avoid losing them.
Cons
It struggles to offers good and reliable career plans to its engineers. Which my demotivate. Its based on a fake meritocracy concept. Being on the right place with the right people and time is way much more important than achievements and effort. Often it was to be
