Pros
Was given work immediately after being hired. Suitable for experienced staff who can work independently. Eventually received outstanding pay after submitting a formal demand letter.
Cons
Received little to no training or induction before starting work. Was not properly informed about job duties, procedures, or workplace expectations. No rota or work schedule was provided, making it difficult to arrange childcare. Shifts were frequently cancelled at the last minute after already preparing for work. Wages were often paid late. Pay was sometimes incorrect and underpaid. Had to keep personal records of hours worked to ensure accurate payment. Final wages were not paid until a formal letter demanding payment was sent. Repeated promises of payment were made but not honoured. Management appeared disorganised and poorly managed. Felt misled regarding pay and employment practices. Employer refused to accept or process a P45, despite it being required. Concerns about compliance with legal employment obligations. Overall poor communication and lack of professionalism.
