The most political organization I have worked at. Despite having values of debate to great, you need to be careful in expressing any dissent in a path forward, even when it is just related to work. Everyone is stretched thin at all times. Everything will feel urgent all the time, and the answer to that urgency is often to just work harder and do more. You will then be blamed if something is dropped during that time. Teams can often feel at odds with each other and fighting for time and resources
