Pros
The pay and bonus is good and you get alot of exposure to different projects within role. I have been fortunate enough to meet some good people and friends.
Cons
More of the opportunities are within the operations. Work life balance is a challange. Alot of internal politics and many irrelevant/inconsiderate decisions made outside of canada to apply to canada.
