Big Company, with salaries above local average if weel negotiated when you were hired.
Cons
Oudated management culture, slowest carreer progress I have ever seen, managers think too much of themself, decision making is paralised by hierarchy. If you accept bad conditions when you sign in, you 'll be better to look for another job or you can invest decades and find out you'll never get what you dreamed about here.
