Pros
Some high-level managers engage in talk with all levels of employees. Observed no discrimination , Talent is given its due respect and freedom.
Cons
With a merger, I am not sure where the company is and seem to struggle to identify an identity. A lot of 'Top DOWn' implementation of new projects, not much real encouragement to engage with employees.
