      - excellent leadership both in C-and VP-level - actually has a so called "culture" - people are given new roles and promotions if they have performed well - Generally really nice people working at Vainu

      Cons

      - salary and comp plan cannot compare to foreign companies operating in Finland

      Pros

      Vainu is a fast growing startup that provides great opportunities for its employees to quickly take on new responsibilities within the company. The job comes with international opportunities and the atmosphere at the office is really amazing!

      Cons

      You have to take a lot of own responsibility at Vainu, be prepared to put that extra effort into your job.
