      Pros

      The company started with good intentions but never got out of their own way to support the community or be successful.

      Cons

      The company does not care about the employees at all. They only care about the bottom line. That is a good way to get sued!!! The management has a very unprofessional click going on and all the employees are looked at as garbage.

      Pros

      The car wash industry is growing and NCS recently acquired Vacutech 3 years ago. Sheridan is an attractive place to live and work for an expanding company. There are a limited number of future developmental growth opportunities available but you can find great jobs.

      Cons

      Never have received a review since working there. Not much proactive development for future roles.
