Quick hiring process and I like the other people I work with

I have been deeply disappointed with this companies desire to help employees grow and succeed. For a company who's motto is "free yourself," due to the lack of benefits (no PTO, no holiday pay, lack of resources or insight into policy), I have done the opposite. I now work 2 jobs to make ends meet. This is ultimately a stepping stone to the next role, not a place I would like to see myself grow (or have the ability to grow) long term.
