      They don’t communicate with employees They cram too much work in to one day They don’t increase pay No chance for advancement Never have enough supplies You basically have to train your self Oh and they will lay you off for months hoping you will quite

      The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

      Cons

      Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.

      The people that I worked with were great, excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter just about for the entirety I was with the company, so I never felt I could grow there.
