My original GM when I started was AMAZING! Our whole team felt like a family and actually made work fun.
Cons
Constant layoffs, no pay increase when a position is terminated and the workload is put on another position, favoritism within regions, no recognition for good work only “you need to improve on”, the owner rating system is set up for local operations managers to fail.
