Awful management with lots of turn over, company wide layoffs happened often, no room for growth. The company has a really bad repututation and it is rightfully so, I am embaressed to work here. It is very diffucult has the homeowner you sign up will undoubatably terminate. You will barely make comission in this sales role it is very few and far between and if you don't hit your monthly quota, you will not be paid your commission for the homes you do sign up. You are better off working a non sales job since you will hardly ever get paid. The company is a sinking ship and your time and valuable efforts should be worked at a better company, not vacasa
