      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great opportunity to build more skills, learning how to grow a market, and it was fun.

      Cons

      Bad overall communication with the company, it appeared as though in market we understood our goals together but connecting with the company was difficult due everyone being so remote. Getting connected with people in different roles was almost impossible and almost no one out side of opps had direct phones.

      The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

      Cons

      Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.

      Pros

      management is very understanding and flexible with issues coworkers are great and really make the experience fun benefits are amazing (health/vision/dental is cheap and great)

      Cons

      can be a little disorganized at times especially during the summer and you may have to do more outside of your job scope but overall not too bad
