Pros
When I joined the company it was just a startup company with 200 employees, now I can proudly say after 6 years, it has grown into this massive MNC with over 2000 employees all over the world. It is a great place to learn and ample opportunities are provided in order to excel if you have the will for it. Company is still improving in terms of employee satisfaction but it has reached a satisfactory level.
Cons
Still needs improvement in employee satisfaction and services provided to them. Ex. Parking , Cab facilities to employees and no bonus and gifts.
