I have been with VTT for over a year now. I came from a decent PM company but wanted to make a great career move for my self, VTT was the right move. I work with amazing mentors and a staff that all want you to grown and flourish. I have never had such a great experience as I have with VTT. If you are looking to find a "HOME" in your career, VTT is wonderful. It's full of bright and rising management who want you to learn as you go, and thrive in your field. No one has seemed to ever attempt to hold me down or hold me back in any way, like previous employers. It's been a blessing to work with such professional people. Its a great feeling to love your job and look forward to work everyday. Their benefits for dental and flex spending account work great for a mom of two small kids. Family is important to this company, not just "with the company" but your personal happiness, and your kids, is something they want for you also. If you are looking for a job here in Charleston...
