Pros
The mid level MGMT teams are some great people and regularly put in overtime to get the job done. The base pay for the PSOs is probably one of best in the industry. The union reps do a good job of protecting the members from the CEOs bi-polar witch hunts.
Cons
The current CEO took over the company when her husband passed away unexpectedly. He was known to be a good man and a guy that took care of his people. She on the other hand, does not walk her talk. While I worked there, we went thru approx. 22 mid level operations managers in a two year period that either quit or were released for any number of ridiculous reasons the CEO herself usually came up with. If she decided you needed to be gone, her Corp staff would figure out a reason to back that decision up.
