Great people here at VRD, everyone in my experience has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Very organized, from top to bottom. VRD also gives you the freedom and responsibility to do your job, as long as you are getting what you need to done.

Responsibility could be a con, I guess. If you don't want a job that gives you the authority, help, and resources to get things finished this isn't the place for you. Don't really see any Cons to be honest.

- A lot of Veterans in the industry to learn from - Great company Culture - Always something to work on - Best commute ever (personally!)
