Good coaching styles willing to not only help you try to figure out the obstacle but also goes through the obstacles with you! The Atmosphere is unique and different from what I have experienced before it’s refreshing everyone is always excited for the day ahead of them. Lots of competitive people in the office makes the environment a lot more exciting getting a chance to go through the program helped with my networking skills as well as my communication skills preparing far more than a class room could! Challenging management team that care about you and your career getting a chance to hold you to a standard!
