Good working environment and a great product to work on. The company shares their office with their sister companies, so the office is always busy.
Cons
Severe lack of progression opportunities, my career was impacted due to other team's failures. Limited benefits scheme. Had a feel that having a cool work environment was more important than investing in staff.
