Pros
BMW does not directly hire for most positions. You need to get there as a contractor, and then get yourself a job card and apply for it.
Salary difference is not big between contractor and direct hire as BMW employee.
Hourly pay, so really great work life balance. Can be flexible with your hours depending on your manager

Not the best benefits, but have been slowly improving
