Pros

- small, so you can be involved in multiple projects.

Cons

- constantly expected to work long hours and weekends. - management weighs your efforts relative to your peers not based on their request (even if specializations and duties differ among them). This sets up an adversarial dynamic among the team instead of healthy helpful one. - marketing has the ear of the CEO. this gives marketing the control to make decisions that should be made by other groups/people.

Pros

Great place, close team with a variety of projects that kept you on your toes and in interesting elements of different industries. Working with new technologies and respectful co-workers made it a great place to not only deliver on interesting projects but also continue to hone your craft and learn new toolsets.

Cons

At the time client work can come with last minute changes and quick turn arounds depending on how the project progresses.

Pros

1. Fast paced start up environment that is for people who love what they are doing and like to innovate, create and improvise. 2. Great culture. 3. Has a product that is unique and jaw-dropping. 4. Small but talented team (family). 5. Transparency. 6. Smart and very flexible leadership that work harder than their employees. 7. Fast growing company. 8. Hard and smart work is getting recognized. 9. Company at this size has enough process to keep the projects moving at steady pace and hit the targets. 10. Biz-dev taken seriously in here. 11. Unlimited vacation policy.

Cons

Honestly it is really hard to find things that I could categorize as cons. Nothing is perfect in this world and there is always something we may not be happy about. One thing i would note that the office is lucking windows and I miss the sunlight during the day. Hopefully soon that won't be a problem anymore.
