      instant interdisciplinary communication via calls/ email via company cell/tablet Awesome managers... Unfortunately worked to the bone...

      Cons

      Burn out inevitable for nurses. No work life balance between driving to see pt's , seeing patients and constant communication via cell/tablet...average more than 10hrs day...Nurses talk about it but don't speak up.

      none that I could share.

      too may to list...but the most relevant is the attitude of Senior Management with respect to emplyees. If you are part of the select few in their inner circle, you are set. All others are treated as low man on the totem pole without any chance of a career path.
