For learn it is a nice company, there are many senior, whom know too much about recruitment, basically about sourcing and they will contribute their own time for your training, and they will provide tricks which you never get in any company so as a training it is a fine company due to some good seniors like suraj, shreysh, varun, kumar
Cons
it is too much Bad company in sense of money earning, this company treat employees as a slave, and too much pressure, you can get some abusing words and slaps from some bad seniors also... about salary they will offer for freshers 8000 rupees and treat employs as a 2 rupees people, don't expect about hike, even if they have need of profile then you have to do work there more then 14 hours also.... they will use you brutally for their own greed .....
