we are sorry to read about your experience. Our customers expect outstanding performance and customer orientation from VITRONIC, both as an organisation and from the people representing it. We must therefore continually improve and change how we operate. This can be demanding for our global team but is also an important reason that people want to work for VITRONIC. Your comments on the support across departments and cultures, and collaboration with the head office in Germany reflect this.
