Pros
Large company has its perks I guess - but nothing worth the mention except maybe our collaboration with various large providers in the county - but that's debatable too.
Cons
Extremely high turnover rate. Poor communication among staff. Lack of electronic medical records- still PAPER DOCUMENTATION. No job security. No job description security- meaning you do whatever they ask you to- no choice. No job satisfaction. Constant turmoil. Poor leadership. Lack of proper training of staff, but expecting perfection ALL the time.
