The "worker bees" are some of the nicest folks you'll meet. I've made lifelong friends here.
Cons
Contrary to recent news reports, the Boys Club is alive and well in the Canonsburg office, and salary increases are at an all time low. No one outside "the families" is in any position of real authority. The boys are arrogant, out of touch and poor leaders. No one is motivated by this tired regime. The Sales Dept. apparently lost two women within a couple of months because they couldn't take the testosterone filled environment. HR does its best to resemble a real company by offering employees opportunities such as a seminar on financing your first home, but it had to be cancelled because no one can afford to buy a home on what we're being paid.
