Pros
Dress code is casual, Given alot of autonomy to run your business the way you choose to do so, President is very friendly and approachable and some of that trickles down to management, are free to take PTO when you choose
Cons
can be mundane at times, micromanging and criticism is way too promenant when about mistakes or when production is not met. A lot of bait and switch from what you are told before you work here and what the reality is after you start.
