      None. If you are from Europe they will treat you like they do the Americans/Canadians. We all know that North America has the labour laws of a 3rd world country

      They take over companies, make you sign really bad contracts then yeet you

      Pros

      Vision33 offers a very collaborative atmosphere where expertise is valued. As a Delivery Manager, I appreciate the structured methodologies and the caliber of the ERP projects we handle. The leadership team is approachable, and there are genuine opportunities for career advancement if you show initiative. Friendly atmosphere, transparency all around, a great place to be in!

      The workload can be quite heavy during peak project delivery phases, which sometimes impacts work-life balance, which is part of the IT industry and fine.
