Pros
- Current management seems capable and willing to listen to feedback and want to win. - The new structure and the plans for the future looks to be very promising - The health benefit and other benefits are really good. - Good pension and insurance. - I have actively tried to hijack friends to come and work here.
Cons
- A few years ago, people who did not meet the expectation let go, or left the company in rage, and put a lot of reviews. There is some truth to their reviews for this company, but it does NOT show the current rating of the company, which has gotten better with the new employees, management and new direction. - Looking at other companies within the industry it would seem like VIPRE is paying less than some, but still higher than others.
