Pros

Only pro: My small team and team lead were exceptional.

Cons

Split shifts twice a day mean no time for breakfast with family or dinner. You're constantly working and having to defend yourself when clients become aggressive. Other teams act as if they have authority over you, and there's no real communication anywhere in the organization. We've had three layoffs in a year, bonuses have been cancelled, and you're constantly fearful for your job security. There are no incentives, no work-life balance, no benefits, no sick days, and no stability. They keep telling you it's a unicorn job, but it's not. Amazing people work here, but they are all underpaid and depressed.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with VIDA Select and your positive comments about your team <3 Our work structure is dynamic and fast-paced, offering the flexibility of remote work to meet client needs. Many of our team members appreciate the ability to check in, take a break, and return to work later, finding this schedule suits their lifestyle well, though we understand it's not for everyone. Like many companies, we've had to navigate various challenges and work continuously to improve our processes and communication. While we have faced the difficult decision of layoffs this year, the claim of three layoffs within the past year is inaccurate. We are grateful for your time with VIDA, the commitment of our team members and we continually strive to maintain a supportive work environment that offers unique and rewarding experiences. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
