To improve, we’re streamlining processes and adopting quarterly product roadmaps to accelerate delivery while maintaining strategic focus. Financial Stability and Retrenchment: As part of our workforce optimization process to ensure the company’s long-term health, retrenchments were mostly limited to poor performers following a careful and thorough performance assessment, with feedback provided beforehand. We have continued to invest in and hire top talent aligned with our goals. Additionally, we have maintained transparency about our financial health within the company. Despite the challenges many startups faced during the tech winter of early 2024, we have remained competitive, achieved sustainable growth, and stayed committed to our team and mission.
