      Pros

      They paid for a visit to the head office in Paris for training and to meet the team, provided laptop and central office.

      Cons

      Defensive culture, the owner dictates everything and the rest need to comply. Can fire people who worked for years for the company just because she did not agree with him. There was no support when joining the company but they expected results on a new market from day 1.

      Pros

      Great boss and nice team! You got to work on the real case and closed the job all by yourself. My boss taught me everything I need to know to work in this position and everything he taught was still works for me till these days.

      Cons

      Nice team, just my team. You know there would always be someone who doesn't really know how to work professionally. They exist everywhere.
