Treatment of employees by the management
- Multiple employees received their notice within a letter at home without reason and without any warning beforehand
- Vacation is often not granted or already granted vacation is cancelled last minute
- Some employees are requested to work on weekends or answer calls at night, when they are sick or have already left the company
- Management refuses to pay for overhours when employees resign
- Not enough employees are hired so that pressure and additional taks rest on the remaining few
- Hardly anyone stays longer than 1 year
- Salary below average
- Promised salary increases do not happen or are postponed month after month
- Hardly anyone is ever promoted, if a higher position is open, external staff is hired due to the lack of trust in the existing employees
- Good and ambitious employees are overloaded with every kind of work until they resign
- Tasks are assigned to employees which lie far away from their responsibilities and capabilites
