People are great, company is trying - Project Manager VF Employee Review

Job security is non-exsistent. Multiple jobs being done by one person due to reduction in workforce and unwillingness to hire more people. Senior leaders talk about transparency but don't follow through. Vision for company has become all about the bottom line and no longer about the people as it once was. During town halls we were told everyone needs to buckle up and work harder to achieve goals while they kept laying off people.
