      Pros

      Small and medium company. Lesser pressure as long as tasks given can complete on time.

      Cons

      Too many ad hoc stuff to work on and sometimes is not productive at all. Laptop is way too old and always not up-to-date. Still using Windows XP/7 in year 2021
