      The executives had a flexible mindset, allowing all the employees to propose new ideas. There was an opportunity to be part of an upcoming project with which you could gain responsibility and motivation in addition to your routine job.

      Cons

      Although it may be the nature of the customer service position, it could be a repetitive task that requires the fast-paced processing skill of a significant number of inquiries.
