      Pros

      At a small agency you wear many hats so it’s possible to learn a lot of new skills. Could be a considered a stepping stone to other opportunities.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Management was more concerned with traveling and buying luxury cars than being good leaders. Personally, it wasn’t a good place for me to learn and grow.

      Cool modern office with inside a historic building in the heart of downtown Boise Free, unlimited kombucha, if that’s your thing Free coffee if that’s your thing On-site, Gym and personal trainer

      Cons

      Unpredictable leadership Changing expectations High turnover Must be in office minimum 4 of the 6 days of the week No real corporate structure Too many fragmented tools, and Tech technologies
