Pros
Tons of opportunity to not only learn about your specific area of work, but the whole operations of the business. Very heart-warming and welcoming community, you get to meet great people from different departments and positions.
Cons
I didn't find any, but if anything, it is a smaller company, so you don't get the corporate experience.
I loved my coworkers, awesome atmosphere. Really flexible hours! They have you calling people to set them up for interviews. Everyone there is super friendly. I love going into work because I know it's going to be super fun!
Cons
I don't really have any. The con might be that there is a lot of bad publicity. That isn't really true anymore because they changed their methods but people still have the wrong idea
