This list won't end so i will get to the main cons which are those heading the organisation. Archna Shukla, who is the worst editor anyone can have the misfortune to work with and Neeta Kapoor, the most clueless CEO who thinks she's running a PR firm instead of a news media organisation. While Archana's sole purpose is to plan and plot against her employees her need to do so stems from her terribly insecurities as an editor. Let alone the fact that she is a horrible journalist she knows deep down that she has no knowledge of the field and always feels others are onto her. Her main Modus Operandi is to call people individually to her cabin and instigate one against the other. Her desperation reeks of her own insecurities. The only persons running the place without whom it would fall like a pack of cards are Vivek and Sumit. The whole office knows she knows nothing, can barely type her own mails replete with grammatical errors. It's a miracle she made it to such a position, how she even got this role despite the fact that she was asked to leave from Mint, is beyond anyone's comprehension.

Nothing really, they have a good data platform though and a reasonable reputation from the past in this very narrow area of PE VC and startup funding. All that is being eroded.

- Completely loony management, who don't have a clue about what they are doing. Some of the worst people in senior management that have ever graced a workplace. - Owners -> News Corp, who probably don't give a damn about what's going on - Intense politics, corridor conversations, pitting people one against the other by senior management, etc. Very poor work culture, worst I have ever seen. - Strategy: Change their direction multiple times in a year e.g. shutting down a recently launched website; Running it like a PR firm instead of a news and data platform - Deteriorating quality of news and coverage - Tanking business numbers, seem to be in a nosedive mode - Most people have no understanding of digital business, all old legacy minded idiots with fossilized brains - No concern for employees, destroying careers, they are letting go of people after shutting down one website. Most of these employees are less than a year old in the organisation.
