Cons
—inexperienced support staff —NO mentorship —told you can’t take PTO it you are a little behind on production —prices to clients are pretty much double from private practice, but I can guarantee the vets aren’t making double —only care about profit —no work life balance, you’re SOL if you get sick, but the techs/assistants can call off whenever and leave you short staffed —poor management that is never available to solve problems —best equipment? Try equipment that breaks down, is replaced by “refurbished items” that don’t work and the cycle continues —poorly stocked pharmacy —poor ordering manager—consistently out of important things—e collars, propofol —expensive, worthless health benefits
