-lots of interests groups (Trekking , volleyball, cosplay, mental health , striding (running), charity (tree planting, donation drive, water cleaning - diving activities , gaming (mobile legends , valorant, dota ) -2 weeks paid vacation DECEMBER -if outside CDO , transpo , hotel and allowance provided - because you'll work in the main office CEBU quarterly -computer setup provided -will send memes in zoom GC, it's really fun knowing im a memer myself
Cons
- some of my colleagues said , salary is not enough , but for me is good knowing all the benefits i received. -client will escalate you because of poor performance , and will undergo the process and will terminate afterwards
