Pros

A solid company for people who want long-term growth instead of just a routine job. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and improve processes. Management recognizes effort, and there’s clear room for advancement. Benefits, culture, and learning opportunities are better than many local companies.

Cons

High expectations from employees can sometimes make the environment demanding.

Pros

US Based clients, if you're lucky, you'll get a senior to guide you, otherwise, you're on your own.

Cons

1. They will ask for security check when its your first day in the office, a sword hanging on your head. 2. Toxic management and HRs: They don't care about you, they won't trust you, they'll undermine you and press you every chance they get, unethical and unprofessional people. You can keep requesting HR for days but they will delay. Management wont respect your privacy as they control communication tools. They will blame you and blackmail you if need be. 3. Bad salaries: They will be paying someone 50k for the same post and the other 60k and they tell you not to disclose your salary. They are paying below the market rate. 4. No Job security or anything, just a husband and wife running the company where they don't even consider your humans, you're salves! 5. Leaving ratio is way to high, people are leaving this company every month.
