1) Salary not as per the market standard for Sr. Consultants 2) Very High Medical Premium for full time Employees. More than $7000 annually which is a direct hit on every pay check 3) No Annual Bonus given to full time employees 4) Promotions for Sr. Consultants not well planned and no visibility for career growth 5) No talk about Green Card processing 6) No perks and benefits to permanent employees travelling onsite on projects.
