The manager Martin is horrible, speaks to everyone like they are scum and encourages people to have anxiety; saying being relaxed is a sign of poor performance. Gill one of the team leaders shouts all the time and reiterates the sentiment of Martin, she is vile as a person. The overall vibe of the company is a place that allows for discriminative behaviour, referring to gay men as pansy's, and other racist slurs etc. The job spec online is a lie. Essentially the job involves manipulating vulnerable people into switching gas and electric tariffs. Where you constantly get abuse over the phone and make the bare minimum. They lie when they say you can earn so much money, if you do not make enough sales then you do not make money. You get the minimum wage.
