Very smart people and they pay well for lower level positions. Product is very good and sells itself Company is growing --- despite flaws

"Eat what you kill" model leads to stressful times on the "beach" and possible layoffs Training is purely on the job with no mentorship program to speak of Managers vary significantly in quality and have little time available for developing personnel as they are constantly working No discernable career path with arbitrary promotions No corporate culture or centralized attempts to foster intercompany relationships No performance reviews to help guide employees and help correct weaknesses Employees better know either MIS or Cost Accounting thoroughly or else be prepared to start well behind the curve. Falsely named as there is no international business to speak of.
