Pros
The pay was competitive for the market which is what attracted me to the company in the first place. The interview process went very well and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The talent working at Utilant was also some of the best I had seen in a SaaS company.
Cons
Little to no training on a complex and configurable solution stack. You are expected to have the knowledge of a veteran employee and present in front of clients before you remotely have a handle on the system. Trying to get objectives completed within the company is met with heavy political red tape. It took me 3 months just to get something approved due to the processes in place. Leadership does not communicate departmental issues to one another. When you present the same feedback to two different leaders within the company; they will say something along the lines of "this is the first I've heard of it...". This indicates a critical issue in communication among the leaders and not being forthcoming with actual issues that need to be addressed.
