The team at Util-Assist is very special, coworkers are helpful and work well together The environment fosters development and continued growth, I have been here 15 years and I am still constantly learning Util-Assist has been certified a great place to work and is continually looking on how to make the company a better place to work UA is committed to charity work, employee engagement initatives and offers mentoring and professional development opportunities.
Cons
Sometimes can be frustrated that you have to accrue vacation each year to take it, even though I am a long term employee. Supervisors can grant approval but it creates an extra step to book vacation if you do not have time accrued.
