I got very low paied about NTD 36k/ month at the beginging.

Less stringent rules than other local companies. Relative high pay for a junior engineer.

Highly disorganized workflow caused by poor management. Stress is high in a bad way, you have to both challenge tough tasks and manage a bad-tempered boss, including withstanding his verbally & emotionally abusing words.
